ab exercise and how long before you see results?
I have been doing about 100 ab exercises a day for about a week now, and I know it takes time but I was wondering if anyone could tell me how long it might take if I do this everyday for me to see some results?

You have to lose the fat on top of the ab muscles or you’ll never see them.
Well…I heard it takes about 6 months to get a six pack.
And also you don’t want to exercise them too often; you probably want to give them a day or so rest in between so they can regrow fibers and things like that, or else it might be detrimental to the muscles.
And then it also depends on how strong your muscles already are.
The fat has to go first. Patience is key. Eat properly…high protein diet with a lot of veggies. I found great info about the truth about abs… to get rid of belly fat and then get a six pack.
